Clearsight served as the exclusive advisor to Reservoir Communications Group, LLC (“Reservoir” or the “Company”) in its investment by Periscope Equity (“Periscope”), a Chicago-based private equity firm that partners with founder-owned, technology-enabled business services companies.

Reservoir is a Washington, D.C.-based healthcare consultancy and strategic communications firm that helps clients navigate business, advocacy, policy, and reputational challenges and opportunities. Reservoir’s team supports healthcare companies, trade associations, and non-profit organizations through best-in-class strategy, counsel, and execution informed by a deep understanding of healthcare policy and regulation.

Since its founding in 2014, Reservoir has expanded its issue and skill-based expertise across advocacy, corporate communications, and market readiness.
