Clearsight Advises AXIA Consulting in its Acquisition by Huron

Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is pleased to announce another successful transaction in its Strategic Consulting practice. Clearsight served as the exclusive advisor to AXIA Consulting (“AXIA” or the “Company”) in its acquisition by Huron Consulting Group Inc. (“Huron”) (NASDAQ: HURN).

AXIA is a consultancy delivering business and technology solutions to premier clients. With a focus on organizational change management, enterprise resource planning, and IT transformation, along with Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics 365 partnerships, AXIA’s team provides end-to-end business consulting services. The Company primarily caters to supply chain management clients, as well as the healthcare, education, financial services, and utilities sectors. Founded in 2005 in Columbus, OH, AXIA established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in 2014 and is entirely employee-owned.
