Clearsight Advises Beghou Consulting on an Investment by Varsity Healthcare Partners

Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is proud to share another successful transaction in its Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. Clearsight served as the exclusive financial advisor to Beghou Consulting, LLC (“Beghou” or the “Company”) on a strategic investment from Varsity Management Co., LP dba Varsity Healthcare Partners (“VHP”).

Beghou is an industry-leading life sciences consultancy helping pharmaceutical companies’ commercial teams maximize their sales and marketing results using technology- and data-enabled solutions. The Company offers a full suite of tech-enabled consulting services, having developed three preeminent software platforms – ARMADA, Mainsail, and Meridian – to support agile commercial operations and provide emerging pharma clients with differentiated data, analytics, and insights. Since the Company’s founding in 1993, Beghou has grown beyond its Evanston, IL headquarters with more than 250 team members in eight offices across the world. The investment will help Beghou expand and strengthen its global resources and capabilities as it offers commercial operations counsel and support to pharmaceutical companies.
