Infogain Acquires Silicus Technologies

On October 1, 2019, Infogain Corporation (“Infogain”), a global provider of software platform engineering services, agreed to acquire Silicus Technologies, LLC (“Silicus”), a Microsoft Gold Partner and Microsoft Azure Expert MSP.

Silicus, a Houston, TX-based company, focuses on cloud-enabled digital initiatives in software, analytics, IT infrastructure, IoT, and the digital workplace.
