Deal Spotlight: Atos Acquires Syntel

The French IT services company Atos acquires Michigan-based IT services provider Syntel. This transaction expands Atos’s capabilities in North America to provide end-to-end services to US customers. The transaction is planned to close by year-end and both companies’ Boards of Directors have unanimously approved the transaction.
