Clearsight Advises Unify Square in its Acquisition by Unisys

Clearsight served as the exclusive advisor to Unify Square, Inc. (“Unify Square” or “The Company”) in its acquisition by Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) (“Unisys”).

The acquisition of Unify Square will help advance the experience-focused solution set provided by Unisys’ market-leading Digital Workplace Services business.
