Clearsight Advises Postlight in its Acquisition by NTT DATA

Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is pleased to announce another successful transaction in its Digital Transformation practice. Clearsight served as the exclusive advisor to Postlight, LLC (“Postlight” or the “Company”) in its acquisition by NTT DATA Corp. (“NTT DATA”).

Postlight is a digital strategy, design and engineering firm, creating beautifully designed and expertly engineered digital products. The Company works with clients ranging from Goldman Sachs to Carnival Cruise Lines to NASDAQ, to deliver transformative products and maximize customer experience. With 100+ team members based in New York City and across the country, Postlight is an end-to-end partner to some of the world’s biggest organizations on their digital product journeys. This acquisition will benefit Postlight’s clients and employees through access to NTT DATA’s powerhouse of innovation resources and will progress NTT DATA’s continued digital innovation strategy.
