Clearsight Advises Phoenix in its Acquisition by J.S. Held
Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is proud to announce a successful transaction in its leading Professional Services practice. Clearsight served as the exclusive advisor to Phoenix Management Services® and Phoenix IB® (Phoenix) (“Phoenix” or the “Company”) in its acquisition by J.S. Held, LLC (“J.S. Held”), a portfolio company of Kelso and Co., L.P. (“Kelso”).
Phoenix provides operational and financial services to middle-market clients nationwide. Phoenix Management Services® offers operationally focused turnaround, transaction, and a suite of investor services. Phoenix IB®, a FINRA registered broker dealer, provides sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory services, private debt, and equity placements. J.S. Held is a global consulting firm specializing in risk and advisory, technical, scientific, and financial services. As a result of the transaction, J.S. Held will strengthen its prowess in turnaround management, investor services, and investment banking solutions. Additionally, Phoenix clients will now have access to more than 1,500 technical, scientific, financial, and strategic experts across five continents.
