Clearsight Advises Lumenci on an Investment by VSS and Century Equity Partners

Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is pleased to announce a successful transaction in its Professional Services practice. Clearsight served as the exclusive advisor to Lumenci, Inc. (“Lumenci” or the “Company”) in its investment by Veronis Suhler Stevenson, LLC (“VSS”) and Century Equity Partners, LLC (“CEP”).
