Clearsight Advises Insigniam in its Acquisition by Elixirr
Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is pleased to share another successful transaction in its Strategic Business Consulting practice. Clearsight served as the exclusive advisor to Insigniam, LLC (“Insigniam” or the “Company”) in its acquisition by Elixirr Consulting, Ltd. dba Elixirr Partners, LLP (“Elixirr”) (LON: ELIX).
Insigniam is a leading global consulting firm working with clients to create organizational breakthroughs. Founded in 2005 outside of Philadelphia, the Company focuses on getting to the root of clients’ challenges using experienced teams to understand clients’ cultural and strategic problems. Beyond conventional advising or training, Insigniam actively provokes and guides leaders and employees through large-scale innovations and transformations. The addition of Insigniam solidifies Elixirr’s global presence and expands its service offering to bring clients greater value, strategy, technology, and execution capabilities when posed with their toughest challenges.
