Clearsight Advises Huron on its Divestiture of Studer Education

Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is proud to announce a successful transaction in its Professional Services practice. Clearsight served as the exclusive advisor to Huron Consulting Group, Inc. (“Huron”) on its divestiture of Studer Education (the “Company”).

Studer Education is a Pensacola, FL-based consultancy that primarily supports K-12 educational institutions in their pursuit of system-wide continuous improvement and performance excellence. The Company’s key offerings include strategic planning and implementation; leadership training and development; survey research, development and administration; and coaching to support continuous cultural improvement. The Company’s goal is to provide school districts and educators with the tools and strategies to better support students, parents, teachers, and administrators across the United States.
