Clearsight Advises Blink UX in its Acquisition by Mphasis

Clearsight served as the exclusive advisor to Blink Interactive, Inc dba. Blink UX (“Blink” or the “Company”) in its acquisition by Mphasis, Ltd. (NDS: MPHASIS) (“Mphasis”), a publicly traded company, with The Blackstone Group, Inc. as a majority owner.
