Clearsight Advises ASGN on its Acquisition of Quinnox for $290 Million

Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is pleased to announce a successful transaction in its Digital, Data, and Cloud Practice. Clearsight served as advisor to ASGN Incorporated (NYSE: ASGN) (“The Company” or “ASGN”), soon to be renamed Everforth, on its pending acquisition of Quinnox Inc. (“Quinnox”) for $290 million in cash, subject to adjustment. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including the expiration or termination of any waiting period applicable under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976. The transaction is expected to close in early March 2026.
