Chapters of Clearsight: Chapter 3 | Building Trusted Partnerships
As Clearsight Advisors celebrates its 15th anniversary, we’re sharing the stories behind the firm’s evolution through Chapters of Clearsight, a four-part video series featuring co-founders Joel Kallett, Greg Treger, and Beth Seidler. Each chapter explores a defining stage in Clearsight’s journey; from the firm’s founding and early years, to establishing its presence in the M&A market, expanding its capabilities and client relationships, and building a team culture that continues to shape the organization today. Together, the series offers a closer look at the vision, decisions, and guiding principles that have defined Clearsight over the past 15 years and continues to guide the firm forward.

As Clearsight continued to grow, so did the relationships that surrounded the firm. What began with serving founder-led businesses evolved into a broader network of clients, investors, strategic acquirers, and industry partners. Over time, these connections became one of the firm’s greatest strengths, deepening its expertise, expanding its perspective, and strengthening its ability to help clients navigate an increasingly dynamic market.
In the third chapter of the series, Joel, Beth, and Greg reflect on how Clearsight expanded its platform and strengthened its position within the Knowledge Economy. They discuss the role long-term relationships have played in the firm’s growth, the evolution of its work with founder-owned businesses, private equity investors and portfolio companies, and global strategic corporations, and how years of sector specialization have enabled Clearsight to deliver increasingly valuable insight and advice.
With a broad perspective across the markets and businesses it serves, the firm has developed a deeper understanding of the trends, opportunities, and challenges shaping the Knowledge Economy. Their reflections highlight how Clearsight’s continued growth has been driven not only by experience and expertise, but also by the trust earned through lasting partnerships and a commitment to serving clients over the long term.
