Experience: Stephen joined Clearsight in 2023. Over his career, he has advised on billions of dollars of middle-market M&A, LBO, and capital raise transactions. Stephen leads the firm’s Tech-enabled Information Services practice and has a history of successfully advising leading market research firms and digital media/marketing companies. Prior to Clearsight, Stephen held roles at JEGI, UBS and AllianceBernstein.
