MTS Health Investors Recapitalizes Medical Knowledge Group

On July 28, 2017, funds managed by MTS Health Investors, LLC (“MTS”) completed a recapitalization of Medical
Knowledge Group, LLC (“Medical Knowledge Group” or the “Company”). Medical Knowledge Group is an analyticsdriven
and technology-enabled multi-channel healthcare marketing and communications provider servicing the
biopharmaceutical industry. MTS has partnered with senior management at Medical Knowledge Group to
recapitalize the business and to provide additional capital to support future growth. The existing management team
will maintain a significant minority ownership position in the Company, but the specific terms of the transaction
were not disclosed.
