Market Spotlight – Aon Acquires Stroz Friedberg

On October 11, 2016, Aon plc (NYSE:AON) (“Aon”), a global provider of risk management, brokerage, and HR solutions, announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire Stroz Friedberg, LLC (“Stroz Friedberg”), a specialized risk management firm. Stroz Friedberg will be integrated with current Aon personnel to form a new division known as the Cyber Solutions Group.
