JackBe Wins Again! JackBe’s Acquisition by Software AG wins at ACG Corporate Growth Awards

JackBe Corporation’s acquisition by Software AG won the award for Strategic Deal of the Year (≤ $100M) at the Annual ACG National Capital Corporate Growth Awards on April 24, 2014. This is the second award for this unique cross-border deal. On April 8, 2014, Clearsight received the Technology, Media, and Telecom Deal of the Year (under $100mm) at the International M&A Advisor Awards in New York City for its role in the JackBe transaction.
