Great Hill Invests in Reliam

On November 27, 2017, Great Hill Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm focused on technology, announced that it has made a platform investment of $17 million in Los Angeles-based Reliam LLC (“Reliam”). Reliam provides managed services for public cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services (“AWS”). Per the transaction press release, Great Hill Partners has committed up to $75 million to Reliam in order to fund acquisitions and organic growth. Reliam had not previously raised institutional capital.
