Deal Spotlight – Special Counsel Acquires D4
Another eDiscovery provider is acquired by one of the largest legal staffing firms in the US. Special Counsel, Inc. (“Special Counsel”), a provider of eDiscovery and legal staffing services, announced its acquisition of D4, LLC (“D4” or the “Company”), a provider of eDiscovery litigation support. Special Counsel is a unit of the Switzerland-based Adecco Group AG, a $25 billion revenue global staffing firm.
