Clearsight client, Kinsail Corporation, won the Strategic Deal of the Year (Under $50M) last week at the Annual ACG National Capital Corporate Growth Awards for its acquisition by Accela, a portfolio company of Bregal Sagemount and ABRY Partners. After a highly competitive process, Kinsail, a leader in web-based, public sector payments solutions added federal, state, local and commercial clients to the Accela platform.
Kinsail Corporation builds, operates, and supports a web-based transaction solution that enables government and commercial customers to meet their business needs and interact with customers. The company’s platform primarily focuses on supporting recreation and land management; certification and compliance programs; membership organizations; and conferences, registrations, and ticketing. Kinsail’s recurring revenue business model which delivers payment solutions to public sector clients is a great example of leveraging Clearsight’s Sector Focuses.
