Clearsight Begins New Year with Key Promotions

As we head into 2025, our team members remain Clearsight’s key strength. Therefore, we would like to congratulate these outstanding individuals on their well-deserved promotions:

• Brendan Curran has been promoted to Managing Director – Brendan began his investment banking career at Clearsight as the firm’s first Analyst in 2012. Brendan has played an essential role in building Clearsight into a leading advisor to the Knowledge Economy. Through his experience advising on over 40 transactions and his focus in Clearsight’s Strategic Business Consulting and Strategic Communications practices, Brendan demonstrates his passion for entrepreneurship and helping business leaders achieve their goals.
• Justin Loeb has been promoted to Managing Director – Justin leads Clearsight’s Financial Sponsor Coverage Group. In this role, Justin nurtures and expands relationships with private equity firms investing in the Knowledge Economy. Prior to launching Clearsight’s sponsor coverage function, Justin advised on dozens of M&A transactions in the Knowledge Economy. Justin was previously awarded with two ACG honors – Investment Banker to Watch in 2023 and Young Professional Award in 2021.
• Tory Steel has been promoted to Managing Director – Tory co-leads the firm’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice, advising clients who are innovating across professional services, data, and technology to better serve life sciences companies, healthcare providers, and payers. Joining Clearsight in 2014, Tory’s professional growth and achievements have paralleled the firm’s ascendance in Knowledge Economy M&A. In 2023, Tory received The M&A Advisor’s Emerging Leader Award.
• Emily White has been promoted to Director – Emily helps lead Clearsight’s industry-leading Digital, Data & Cloud practice. With vast experience advising clients across the Knowledge Economy, Emily’s dedication shines in providing outstanding advisory to clients and mentorship to colleagues. In 2024, Emily was awarded The M&A Advisor’s Emerging Leader Award.
