Clearsight and Investec Advise Cinven on an Investment in Flint Global

Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is pleased to announce a successful transaction in its Professional Services practice. Investec, in partnership with Clearsight, advised Cinven, Ltd. (“Cinven”) on its pending majority investment in Flint Global, Ltd. (“Flint”). The transaction is expected to be complete by year end.

Cinven is a London-headquartered international private equity firm focused on investments in six key sectors: Business Services, Consumer, Financial Services, Healthcare, Industrials, and TMT. The firm partners with high-performing businesses with strong growth potential across Europe and North America – helping them achieve sustainable success. Flint is a global professional services firm, advising corporations and investors on regulatory, policy, competition, and economic matters. Founded in London in 2015, Flint brings together multi-disciplinary expertise with deep regulatory and policy experience, serving clients across a wide range of sectors including technology, energy, financial services, and infrastructure. This transaction represents the second investment from Cinven’s European mid-market strategy and will bolster Flint’s ability to scale its business model and enhance its client proposition.
