Clearsight Advisors Continues Growth with Two Key Senior Additions: Matt Brom and Stephen Shankman

Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is pleased to announce Matt Brom and Stephen Shankman have joined the firm as Managing Directors. As the Clearsight team continues to grow, Matt and Stephen will play a key role expanding the firm’s industry coverage and enhancing Clearsight’s M&A capabilities and leadership in the Knowledge Economy.

Matt Brom will lead Clearsight’s Government Services, Defense & Public Sector Technology Practice. After spending nearly 15 years helping to build and lead Truist’s Aerospace, Defense & Government Services practice, Matt is joining Clearsight to build on its public sector expertise. On starting at Clearsight, Matt commented: “I’m thrilled to join Clearsight to lead the Government Services, Defense & Public Sector Technology Practice. The team has built a highly respected and active platform at the nexus of the Knowledge Economy. Clearsight was founded on the idea of providing advisory services to solutions-focused companies with complementary capabilities to the government market, including: digital transformation, cyber, cloud services, data, AI/ML, etc. I’m excited to leverage the thought leadership and experiences of my colleagues to provide holistic advice to the government market.” Matt graduated from the University of Florida and earned his MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Stephen Shankman is joining from JEGI CLARITY to formalize and lead Clearsight’s Information Services Practice. With previous roles at Marlin & Associates and in equity research, Stephen brings a unique range of experience to the Clearsight team. “I am incredibly excited to join the Clearsight platform and expand the firm’s coverage of the Knowledge Economy,” noted Stephen. “The global Information Services sector is a dynamic, fast-growing market expected to reach over $200 billion by 2026. In a constantly changing business environment, companies are increasingly leveraging tech-enabled Information Services to deliver critical insights and valuable data, driving long-term demand.” Stephen graduated from the University of Michigan and earned his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
