Clearsight Advises WCM Holdings in its Acquisition by Wailes Capital

Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is pleased to announce a successful transaction in its Strategic Communications Practice. Clearsight served as the exclusive sell-side financial advisors to newly re-branded, WCM Holdings (the “Company”) in its acquisition by Wailes Capital and the launch of a new nonprofit fundraising and administrative software and services platform. The Clearsight deal team included Brendan Curran, Jake Lipman, Elizabeth Kilgore, and Christian McClaine.

WCM announced the formation of this platform to support the evolving technology and service needs of nonprofit organizations. As nonprofits continue to face increasing funding pressures and growing operational complexity, demand for modern and effective fundraising and administrative solutions has accelerated. The establishment of the platform reflects WCM’s commitment to partnering with leading companies that enhance nonprofit efficiency, financial transparency, and mission delivery.

Wailes Capital’s acquisition of WCM serves as the foundation for the launch of the platform, marking the initial step in building a comprehensive suite of capabilities for nonprofit operations. The platform will continue to expand its offerings to meet the needs of organizations navigating rapid changes across the nonprofit landscape.

“Nonprofit organizations have long played a critical role in advancing social progress,” said Garrison Jones, Founder and CEO of Wailes Capital. “As these organizations face unprecedented operational challenges, the need for high quality technology and services has never been greater. We are excited to support companies that empower nonprofit teams to operate more effectively and maximize impact.”

“The platform is designed to help clients reach and mobilize audiences through data-driven creative and agile digital execution. This transaction highlights increasing investor interest in agencies and platforms that pair digital strategy with measurable, mission-focused outcomes. We are pleased to support the team as they begin this new chapter,” remarked Brendan Curran, Clearsight Managing Director.
