Clearsight Advises Treacy & Company in its Acquisition by Cherry Bekaert

Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is pleased to announce another successful transaction in its Strategy Consulting Practice. Clearsight served as the exclusive financial advisor to Treacy & Company, LLC (“T&Co” or the “Company”) in its acquisition by Cherry Bekaert, LLP (“Cherry Bekaert”), a portfolio company of Parthenon Capital.

T&Co is a Chicago- and Boston-based boutique management consulting firm providing end-to-end growth strategy and innovation services. For the past 16 years, the Company’s team of highly skilled consultants have guided clients across a variety of industries through strategy, innovation, and execution cycles to help companies grow faster, steadier, and more profitably. The acquisition of T&Co will bolster Cherry Bekaert’s end-to-end advisory offerings to create more efficient and effective business models and processes for clients, with a focus on middle market clients. Cherry Bekaert will also expand their geographic presence to Boston and Chicago through this acquisition, enabling them to better serve clients in those markets.
