Clearsight Advises RLH Equity Partners on Sale of Majority Stake in CrossCountry Consulting to Investcorp
Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is pleased to announce the completion of another successful Business Advisory transaction. Clearsight served as advisor to RLH Equity Partners (“RLH”) on the sale of its majority stake in CrossCountry Consulting, LLC (“CrossCountry” or the “Company”) to Investcorp Holdings B.S.C. (“Investcorp”). Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) also invested, and RLH will continue as an investor. CrossCountry founders Dave Kay and Erik Linn continue to be significant shareholders.
Founded in 2011 in McLean, VA, CrossCountry provides accounting, finance, risk, operations, cyber, and technology-enabled transformation solutions for the office of the CFO in public and private organizations. The Company has over 700 professionals and currently represents clients in the private equity, financial services, life sciences, real estate and hospitality sectors, among others. The Company’s footprint has grown significantly over the past 10 years, with employees located globally and across the United States. Investcorp’s partnership will support CrossCountry’s geographic expansion and broaden the Company’s services offerings to clients.
