Clearsight served as the exclusive advisor to Reference Point, LLC (“Reference Point” or the “Company”) in its acquisition by Resources Connection, Inc. dba Resources Global Professionals (RGP) (NASDAQ: RGP).

Reference Point is a strategy, management, and technology consulting firm serving enterprise clients in the financial services sector. The Company provides end-to-end solutions in four key focus areas: Strategy & Management, Risk & Regulatory Compliance, Digital & Technology and Data & Analytics.
