Clearsight Advises Productora de Software S.A.S (PSL) in its Acquisition by Perficient

Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight” ) is pleased to announce another highly successful transaction in its Digital Transformation practice.  Clearsight served as advisor to Productora de Software S.A.S. (“PSL”) in its acquisition by Perficient, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRFT) (“Perficient”).  This transaction is the fifth for Clearsight’s Digital Transformation practice in the last 12 months and the third nearshoring deal.

PSL is an agile software development company offering digital engineering services from development centers in Latin America. The company is a pioneer in the adoption of agile software engineering practices and is a significant Colombian provider of product development services to the USA.  The acquisition of PSL will strengthen Perficient’s global delivery capabilities, enhancing its nearshore systems and custom software application development as well as expand Perficient’s presence in Latin America.  PSL will also bring strategic client relationships with Fortune 1000 customers across several industries, including: healthcare, financial services, technology, and business services sectors.
