Clearsight Advises Process Stream in its Acquisition by Sikich

Clearsight served as exclusive advisor to Process Stream (or “The Company”) in the acquisition of its assets by Sikich, LLP (“Sikich”). Process Stream is a leading IT Quality & Compliance Consultancy delivering digital transformation services to highly-regulated industries. Headquartered in Princeton, NJ, The Company’s domain and technical experts implement, manage, optimize and ensure enterprise applications are compliant with regulatory requirements across global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and insurance organizations. The acquisition of Process Stream will expand Sikich’s consulting capabilities and allow the combined entity to better support clients through a variety of end-to-end tech-enabled services, including a complementary expansion of enterprise resource planning expertise.
