Clearsight Advises PeopleResults in its Acquisition by IRI Consultants

Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is proud to announce a successful transaction in its Strategic Business Consulting and Human Capital Management practices. Clearsight served as the exclusive advisor to PeopleResults, LLC (“PeopleResults” or the “Company”) in its acquisition by IRI Consultants, LLC (“IRI”), a portfolio company of Clearview Capital, L.P. (“Clearview Capital”).

PeopleResults offers innovative solutions across change management, human capital, and learning and development services, enabling blue-chip clients to achieve their organizational goals. Headquartered outside Dallas, TX, the Company has forged decade-long partnerships with clients such as 7-Eleven, McKesson, and PepsiCo to propel people and organizations forward.
