Clearsight Advises Overactive in its Acquisition by Perficient

Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is pleased to announce another successful transaction in its leading Digital Transformation practice.  Clearsight served as the exclusive strategic advisor to Overactive, Inc. (“Overactive” or the “Company”) in its acquisition by Perficient, Inc. (“Perficient”) (NASDAQ: PRFT). This transaction marks Clearsight’s seventh Digital Transformation transaction in the last 12 months and the largest acquisition in Perficient’s history. It is also the sixth nearshoring M&A transaction for Clearsight.

Headquartered in Montevideo, Uruguay, Overactive provides agile software development and product engineering services to global clients within the financial, health, insurance, logistics and hi-tech industries. The Company’s team of nearly 700 digitally focused experts is located across major Latin American countries including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Puerto Rico and Uruguay, and a US office in Chicago, IL. This acquisition strengthens Perficient’s nearshore delivery capabilities by adding software development locations and enhancing custom software application design, development, testing and support for customers.
