Clearsight Advises OnCore Consulting on its Merger with GCOM

Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is pleased to share another successful transaction in its Public Sector Technology practice. Clearsight served as the exclusive advisor to OnCore Consulting, LLC (“OnCore” or the “Company”) on its merger with GCOM Software, LLC (“GCOM”), a portfolio company of Sagewind Capital, LLC (“Sagewind”).

OnCore is a rapidly growing provider of technology modernization and digital transformation services for the public sector in California. The Company’s team provides end-to-end IT modernization services to government agencies, advancing their internal systems to improve constituents’ experiences. Based in Sacramento, CA, OnCore serves numerous California state agencies spanning health and human services, tax and revenue, energy and conservation, and pension verticals. The OnCore team’s deep domain experience and comprehensive IT services capabilities combine to form a leading provider of technology-agnostic offerings. This merger creates a nationwide, large-scale digital software and solutions company focused solely on the public sector market, providing outcome-driven, repeatable software and services.
