The combination brings together Infolob’s expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, data engineering, cloud modernization, and AI with Peloton’s strengths in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and AI-enabled business transformation. Together, the companies create a differentiated end-to-end Oracle services platform capable of supporting clients across applications, data, infrastructure, and AI. The combined organization is positioned to help enterprises accelerate modernization initiatives, simplify vendor relationships, and more effectively deploy AI across mission-critical business processes.

Vijay Cherukuri, Chief Executive Officer of Infolob, commented on the transaction, “The combination of Infolob and Peloton creates a very potent Oracle consultancy poised for rapid growth. The Clearsight team was instrumental at every step, demonstrating exceptional diligence, patience, precision, and a proven, disciplined M&A process. Their meticulous attention to detail, thoughtful guidance, and tireless commitment were truly remarkable. They worked around the clock, ensuring we understood and were comfortable with every critical decision throughout the journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend Clearsight to anyone considering a transaction.”

Philo Tran, Managing Director at Clearsight Advisors, noted, “Infolob has spent years building technical expertise in areas where enterprises cannot afford to compromise, from mission-critical data environments and cloud infrastructure to the systems that support day-to-day operations. That depth is difficult to build and increasingly valuable as clients modernize complex technology environments while preparing for a more data- and AI-driven future.”

Rishabh Mishra, Managing Director at Clearsight Advisors, added, “Infolob brings deep technical expertise, global delivery scale, and a strong presence in the Oracle ecosystem, while Peloton brings a broader enterprise transformation platform and complementary application and advisory capabilities. Together, they have an opportunity to address a much wider range of client needs as cloud, data, applications, and AI become increasingly interconnected.”

The Clearsight deal team included Philo Tran, Rishabh Mishra, Rhamy Belayachi, Sophia Jidkov, and Christian McClaine.
