Clearsight Advises Incapsulate in its Acquisition by Accenture

Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is pleased to announce another successful transaction in its IT Services and Public Sector Technology practices. Clearsight served as the exclusive advisor to Incapsulate, LLC (“Incapsulate” or the “Company”) in its acquisition by Accenture (NYSE: ACN).

Incapsulate is a Washington, DC-based digital transformation consulting firm specializing in Salesforce solutions. Since its founding in 2008, the Company has grown to a 275+ person team of Salesforce practitioners and software engineers across five global offices. Incapsulate is a Salesforce Platinum Consulting partner that designs and implements Salesforce solutions for the public sector and financial services industries. Incapsulate fortifies Accenture’s Salesforce capabilities by joining the Accenture Salesforce Business Group within Accenture Technology.
