Clearsight Advises CMA Strategy Consulting in its Acquisition by EY-Parthenon

Clearsight Advisors, Inc. (“Clearsight”) is pleased to announce another successful transaction in its leading Strategy Consulting practice. Clearsight served as the exclusive advisor to CMA Strategy Consulting (“CMA” or the “Company”) in its acquisition by EY-Parthenon, a business of Ernst & Young LLP (“EY”). This transaction reinforces Clearsight’s position as a premier advisor to consulting firms serving the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) sector.

CMA is a boutique strategy consulting firm focused on the TMT sector and other high-tech industries. Founded in 2007, CMA employs ~70 consultants across their Boston headquarters, San Francisco and London offices. With a specialization in digital infrastructure, CMA serves TMT and private equity clients and focuses on wireless and wireline infrastructure, data center, communications services and enterprise IT. The Company is an all-encompassing strategic partner across the TMT lifecycle and provides institutional knowledge and domain expertise to their clients. CMA’s addition will elevate EY-Parthenon’s strategy and transaction-focused offerings and solutions across the digital infrastructure space and TMT industry.
