Clearsight served as the exclusive strategic and financial advisor to DayNine Consulting, Inc. in its growth equity investment by Pamlico Capital.
Pamlico has completed a significant equity investment in DayNine, a leading global Workday (NYSE: WDAY) services partner. DayNine will use the growth capital, which represents DayNine’s first institutional funding, to support aggressive expansion around the globe, and for further development of proprietary tools that differentiate the Company’s capabilities in the Workday ecosystem. DayNine’s management and employees will retain majority ownership of the Company and Pamlico will join the DayNine Board of Directors.
